Shipping policy

We provide 3 shipping options for the products in China warehouse,

a) EMS economy shipping. （20-60 business days）

b) EMS standard shipping with a tracking number.（7-20 business days）

c) DHL fast shipping with a tracking number.（3-5 business days）

We provide 2 shipping options for the products in the US warehouse,

​

a) Economy Shipping from the US warehouse（normally 5-7 business days）

​

b)Standard Shipping from the US warehouse（normally 3-5 business days）

An email with a tracking number will be sent to the email specified in your account at checkout(EMS economy shipping has no tracking number).  Please ensure the email is correct.  We recommend someone be present to sign for your packages.  This way any damaged can be noted with the delivery person.  Be sure to inspect the contents of the package(s) for damage.  Contact us within 48 hours about damaged components.
